SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE AT JAMESPAULGOODS.COM
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, typically 2-3 business days.
Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.
You will receive notification of both order processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US or Asia. If the product you have selected is being sourced from Asia, please expect 10 - 20 days to receive your order. Again, we cover the cost of shipping, so thanks for your patience.
Orders may be canceled only if they have not been processed and shipped. Once shipped, the order may not be cancelled and the sale is final.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. JAMESPAULGOODS.COM can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. JAMESPAULGOODS.COM will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Unfortunately, no this isn't always possible. For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages if they are sourced from different suppliers. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Yes. We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience as we plan to scale to more countries in the future.
